Ange and I start our travelling at 6:30pm on Austrian Air. After 8 hours of flying, where we managed how to work the little TV, we arrive in Kuala Lumpur at some ungodly hour. We were unloaded off the plane only to be re-uploaded an hour later..security checks apparently. So after an hour we are flying again (10 hours) to land in Austria for a 4 hour stopover. Nothing much of interest in the airport except that you can smoke in the cafes, they aslo provide a smoking room in which I failed to see the point.
I should also point out that it is now actually the 13th. We find our next plane and head off to Athens for an overnight stay before touring Egypt.
The hotel in Athens had a view of the Parthenon and parts of the Acropolis as you can see in the pic taken from the balcony. Anyway we didn't do much. We got a Hamburger from Goodies (a Greek fast food chain I assume) and went to bed at 7pm.
